At Fashnito, we are committed to providing high-quality skincare and beauty products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.


1. 30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

After 30 days from delivery, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.


2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused, unopened, and in original condition
  • Be in original packaging with all seals intact
  • Include proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used skincare and beauty products
  • Items with broken or removed safety seals
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

After review, we will offer:

  • A replacement item, or
  • A full refund

In such cases, Fashnito will cover return shipping costs where applicable.


5. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective item), we will cover return shipping costs.
  • For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs to our return facility in UAE or Kuwait.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

6. How to Start a Return

Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


7. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only
  • Processing time is up to 10 business days after approval

Bank processing times may vary.


8. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for eligible items.

Exchanges are processed as:

  1. Return of original item
  2. Inspection and approval
  3. Shipment of replacement item

9. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.

After 24 hours, or once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.


10. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your card provider, as processing may take time
  • If still not received, contact us for assistance
