Welcome to Fashnito. We are committed to providing a secure, transparent, and user-friendly payment experience. This Payment Policy explains our accepted payment methods, billing procedures, security standards, and payment-related responsibilities.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

Fashnito accepts the following payment methods. The methods available to you are shown at checkout before payment is completed:

Cash on Delivery (COD) — pay our delivery partner in cash when your order arrives, where COD is available for your address.
Online payment via MyFatoorah — our secure payment provider, which supports credit and debit cards and local payment methods including KNET. You will be redirected to MyFatoorah to complete payment, then returned to our store.

If a payment method is not shown at checkout, it is not available for your order or delivery address.

2. Cash on Delivery

Where Cash on Delivery is offered and selected:

The full order amount is payable to our delivery partner at the time of delivery.
Orders may be verified by telephone, WhatsApp, or message before dispatch.
Please have the exact amount ready where possible.
Repeated refusal of Cash on Delivery orders at the door may result in COD being withdrawn as an option for your address or account.

3. Pricing & Currency

All product prices, shipping charges, applicable taxes, and checkout transactions on Fashnito are displayed and processed exclusively in United Arab Emirates Dirham (AED).

Fashnito uses AED as its only transaction currency for all customers and all supported delivery destinations.

If your bank account, payment card, or payment provider uses a currency other than AED, your bank or payment provider may apply its own exchange rate or currency conversion fees. Fashnito does not control, charge, or benefit from such fees.

Any applicable taxes or additional charges are clearly displayed during checkout before payment is completed. Import duties and customs charges on international orders are not included — see our Shipping Policy.

4. Payment Security & Data Protection

Your financial security is a priority. Fashnito uses industry-standard security measures, including:

SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption to protect data transmitted through our website
PCI-DSS compliant payment processing standards
Secure third-party payment providers for transaction processing

Fashnito does not store, access, or retain full card numbers, CVV codes, or other sensitive payment credentials. Card details are handled entirely by our payment provider.

5. Billing Information

The final amount displayed at checkout is the total amount payable to Fashnito, including:

Product price
Shipping charges (where applicable)
Applicable taxes (where required)

Fashnito does not charge hidden handling fees, payment processing fees, or administrative surcharges.

6. Order Verification & Fraud Prevention

To protect customers and prevent unauthorized transactions:

All orders may undergo automated security screening
Additional verification may be requested where necessary
Fashnito reserves the right to hold, decline, or cancel any order identified as suspicious, unauthorized, or fraudulent

If a payment authorization is cancelled, the release of funds depends on your bank or payment provider.

7. Payment Declines

To help prevent payment failures, please ensure:

Your billing details match the information registered with your bank
Your card has sufficient available funds
Your card is enabled for online transactions
Card number, expiry date, and security code are entered correctly

If your payment is declined, please contact your bank or payment provider directly.

8. Refund Issuance

Refunds are processed in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Orders paid online are refunded to the original payment method
Cash on Delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer to an account in the name of the person who placed the order
Once approved and processed by Fashnito, refunds are typically completed within 10 business days
Final posting times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
