Welcome to Fashnito. Below are answers to the most common questions about orders, shipping, payments, and returns.


1. What currency do you use?

All prices on Fashnito are displayed and processed in United Arab Emirates Dirham (AED).
This is the only currency used for all transactions.


2. Which countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to:

  • United Arab Emirates (UAE)
  • Kuwait

We do not currently ship outside these countries.


3. How long does delivery take?

Estimated delivery times:

  • UAE: 1–2 business days
  • Kuwait: 1–2 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on courier operations and location.


4. How much is shipping?

Shipping fees depend on your order value:

UAE

  • AED 350 and above: FREE
  • Below AED 350: AED 20

Kuwait

  • AED 350 and above: FREE
  • Below AED 350: AED 18

5. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

  • Visa, Mastercard, American Express
  • Apple Pay & Google Pay (supported devices)
  • KNET (for eligible Kuwait transactions)

We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).


6. Is my payment secure?

Yes. All payments are processed securely using encrypted systems and PCI-DSS compliant payment providers. We do not store your card details.


7. Can I cancel my order?

Yes. Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.

After 24 hours, or once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.


8. Can I change my shipping address?

You may request changes within 24 hours of placing your order.
After shipment, address changes are not possible.


9. How do I return a product?

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item is:

  • Unused
  • Unopened
  • In original packaging

Please contact us to start the return process.


10. Do you accept opened skincare products?

No. For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • Opened products
  • Used items
  • Items with broken seals

11. What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.

We will offer a replacement or refund after review.


12. How long do refunds take?

Once approved, refunds are processed within 10 business days.

The exact time for funds to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.


13. Do you offer exchanges?

Yes. We offer exchanges for eligible items.

The original item must be returned and approved before a replacement is shipped.


14. Where are your products shipped from?

Orders are shipped from our fulfilment centers in:

  • Dubai, United Arab Emirates
  • Kuwait
