1. Pricing Transparency

All prices on fashnito.com are displayed and charged in UAE Dirhams (AED). The price shown at checkout is the final amount payable, including any applicable taxes or shipping fees. We do not charge any hidden fees.

For international orders, import duties and customs charges levied by the destination country are not included and are payable by the recipient, as set out in our Shipping Policy.

2. Order Confirmation & Invoice

After each successful order, customers receive an electronic invoice including:

Company name and details
Order date
Product description
Quantity and price breakdown
Total amount paid in AED

3. Product Information

We aim to ensure all product descriptions are accurate, clear, and up to date. Product details such as ingredients, specifications, and origin are based on supplier and manufacturer information.

We strive to source products from reliable and authorized suppliers.

4. Product Quality & Issues

If a customer receives a product that is defective or not as described, they are eligible to request a replacement or refund after inspection and approval.

All products are handled with care and monitored for quality standards.

5. Returns & Refunds

Customers may request a return within 30 days of delivery
Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging with seals intact
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days of approval
Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the item is faulty

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not been processed or shipped.
