After 30 days from delivery, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.

- Be in original packaging with all seals intact
- Include proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)
3. Non-Returnable Items

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

- For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs to our return facility in UAE or Kuwait.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
